2. When is a refund NOT applicable?

3. Purchases via Mobile App (Google Play)

If you purchased a course directly through our Android application using Google Play Billing, your transaction is subject to Google Play's refund policies. You can request a refund directly through your Google Play account within 48 hours of purchase, or contact our support team for assistance.

4. The Refund Process

To claim a refund, please contact our support email with your payment receipt and the email address registered to your account. Upon receiving your request, our team will verify the details.
